| IM:THREATENED ABORTION: 250-500mg 2-3 times a week, followed by 250mg twice weekly upon remission of bleeding.
HABITUAL ABORTION: 250-500mg every week from the time confirmation of pregnancy.
AMENORRHOEA:Start treatment atleast 8 weeks after last Menstruation. On the 1st day Oestradiol Valerate 20mg, 14 days later Oestradiol Valerate 10mg + Hydroxyprogesterone 250mg.
Withdrawal Bleeding: start 28th day of treatment. Continue treatment for 2-3 cycles. |
